At the push of a button, the standard oven is converted to a convection oven. A dedicated third heating element surrounding the convection fan gently circulates air evenly around foods. Convection will bake up to five racks of cookies* or three racks of muffins, biscuits etc. - perfectly. Baking temperatures are reduced by 25F and roasting times are usually less. * - Convection ovens come with three oven racks. Extra racks are available at additional cost. TENDERCOOK™ An added feature of the convection range is "Tendercook", a separate low wattage element that cooks like a crock pot. It will slow roast, slow cook casserole dishes, simmer sauces, soups or stews overnight or through the day. This oven is 3.8 cu.ft. Additional Cost: $300.00
